Partner with Us

Becoming a Rekindle partner offers a unique opportunity to work with our dynamic, values-driven team, focused on reimagining education and empowering communities.

What it Means

By partnering with Rekindle, you’ll be aligning yourself with an organisation that champions social justice, fosters creativity, and amplifies the voices of young people often marginalized by traditional systems. This is more than just a partnership; it’s a chance to contribute to meaningful change, co-delivering, co-creating, or working alongside Rekindle on a shared outcome.

Whether you’re a business, educator, or part of a community group, partnering with Rekindle means investing in a future where every young person has the resources, confidence, and support they need to thrive.

If you are interested in partnering with Rekindle or want to find out more, please email Cara, our Corporate and Community Partnerships Lead.

Current Partners

Recognising that hunger was a major obstacle to learning for our young people, we’ve partnered with Eat Well MCR and our exceptional caterer, Maxine (Dorze), to provide free, freshly cooked hot meals during our sessions. This initiative ensures that each young person receives a nutritious meal, fostering a communal environment where phones are put away, conversations flow, and learning can thrive.

Eat Well MCR

Eat Well MCR partners with grass roots organisations, delivering meals to families experiencing homelessness, women taking refuge in sheltered accommodation, parents of children staying in hospital, food banks and schools supporting families affected by food poverty.

We’re truly blessed to have Eat Well MCR as part of our village. Over the last three years they’ve provided over 3,000 hot meals to our young people at Rekindle, in addition to offering other food based experiences for our young people to enjoy.

You can read more about Eat Well MCR on their website or follow them on Instagram or Linkedin

Dorze

Maxine is our caterer extraordinaire. Producing nourishing, warming and above all, tasty  Caribbean & African inspired food for our events, like our Elders Sunday Socials.

Maxine has a degree in Advertising and Brand Management, which she puts into great use in her business, ‘Dorze’, as a solo caterer for organisations around Manchester.   A keen traveler, the name ‘Dorze’ was taken from one of her many visits to Ethiopia. Dorze village sits on the very top of a mountain gauge in southern Ethiopia. It has an abundance of mixed spices and different foods that have encouraged Maxine within her cooking practices. Her goal though her business is to encourage healthier eating and wellbeing through her catering services.

If you’re based in Manchester and ever need some delicious Caribbean and African inspired food for your event then look no further than Maxine. Drop her an email and see what she can do for you.
