Rekindle London: Our Space, Our Moment
Back in 2024, Rekindle found the home for its second school – inside the newly reimagined Oasis St Martin’s Village in Tulse Hill, South London.
More than just a location, Oasis St Martin’s Village is a growing community of organisations working side by side to reimagine what support, education and opportunity can look like for the next generation. It’s a space built on creativity, collaboration and care – the perfect foundation for everything Rekindle stands for.
Now, we are excited to say, we’re officially open and accepting nominations!
If you’re a young person aged between 11 and 14 looking for something different – a place where you’ll be heard, supported and challenged – Rekindle could be for you. We are currently recruiting young people for two programmes:
- CHANGE: Which empowers 11–14 year olds’ to explore how they’d shape the world.
- CREATE: A space for young people passionate about rap, spoken word, and storytelling to develop their voice and express themselves with purpose.
Or, if you know a young person who would thrive in this kind of environment and on these programmes, you can nominate them.
Young people within a commutable distance of the school can nominate themselves, or be nominated by an adult who knows them well and has a supportive role in their life – such as a parent, carer, teacher, youth worker or social worker.
